How does it work?
Arrange a valuation.
One of our experienced and local property advisers will visit and establish the market value of your home, while our mortgage advisers can help you better understand your budget.
Market your property.
Once you instruct Idris Estates, we will arrange for the professional marketing of your property and launch your home across the major property portals, and social media.
Conduct viewings.
Armed with the knowledge of your home, local area, and the market, your property adviser carries out the viewings on your home, providing availability from 8am to 8pm.
Agree an offer.
Once a viewing becomes an offer your property adviser is on hand to negotiate any offers while our mortgage adviser qualifies all offers before we agree and secure your sale.
Manage your sale
Working with our partner conveyancers, both your property adviser, and conveyancer will help manage your through each step of the sale process from start to finish.
Moving day.
Once completion is set, and you’re ready to hand over the keys, your property adviser will gather the relevant property information and welcome the new owners to your home.

Your Property Adviser will explain how we price your home, and how different marketing strategies can maximise your sale price on the initial visit. We continuously monitor how your home performs allowing us to make the right adjustments as we go.

Rubbish photos do not mean a rubbish property, but unfortunately a bad photo can make a beautiful kitchen look dark and unwelcoming, and immediately, and unnecessarily put someone off, then your buyer skip’s straight on past your advert resulting in a lost lead. We use a professional!

You can share too much! Think of your advert as your dating profile. Its purpose is to showcase your property and ensure the buyer is informed, while showing off the best bits. The property facts are readily available, your description sells the lifestyle, and three photos of your spare room is probably too many. You can say too much!
